This short continues the Yakamoo series introducing the platform, this time focusing on the path a grower actually walks from first lesson to first sale.
Five steps, start to finish
Learn. Free and practical lessons on farming and agribusiness are available on the PlantNation e-learning platform. The clip is direct about who this is for: kahit beginner ka, kaya mo itong gawin. Even a beginner can do this.
Plant. Growers can start with high-value crops such as agarwood seedlings — crops that gain value over time rather than needing to be sold the week they are harvested.
Monitor. The growth of each tree can be tracked through the Yakamoo app, using a QR code, GPS monitoring, and digital records. Everything is done from a mobile phone.
Sell. Once the crop is ready, buyers are waiting in the high-value crops marketplace.
Grow. One seedling can become a genuine source of income. That is the goal the clip closes on.
Why the order matters
The sequence is the argument. Training comes before planting, so a grower is not learning by losing seedlings. Monitoring comes before selling, so there is a verifiable record of what was planted, where, and how it has grown.
